At RawBeautyLovers Permanent Makeup Academy LLC, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, professional permanent makeup services in a safe and comfortable environment. Our policies are designed to ensure the best experience for our clients and to maintain our commitment to excellence. Please read through our policies to understand the guidelines that govern our services.

1. Booking and Appointment Policy

  • Booking Procedure:

    • Appointments can be booked online through our website, via phone, or in-person at the academy. We recommend booking in advance to secure your desired time. We accept appointments with a minimum of  24-48 hours' notice.

    • Initial Consultation: All new clients must first schedule a consultation, which includes a discussion about the desired procedure, medical history review, and an assessment to ensure the procedure is suitable for you.

  • Deposit and Payment Policy:

    • A non-refundable deposit of 25%-50% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the procedure.

    • The balance of the procedure must be paid on the day of your appointment. We accept payment through credit/debit cards, cash, and other approved payment methods.

  • Late Arrival Policy:

    • If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We allow a grace period of 10 minutes. After that, your appointment may be rescheduled or considered a no-show, and a fee may be applied.

  • Cancellations and Rescheduling:

    • We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the procedure cost. No-shows will be charged in full.

 

2.Client Consultation and Consent Form Policy

  • Consultation Requirement:

    • All new clients must attend a consultation before the procedure to assess suitability and ensure we understand your expectations. This session includes discussing your medical history, allergies, and any concerns you may have.

  • Consent Forms and Patch Testing:

    • A signed consent form is required before your permanent makeup procedure. The form includes details about potential risks and aftercare instructions.

    • If necessary, a patch test will be performed to check for any allergic reactions to pigments or numbing agents before the procedure. This is a safety measure to ensure the best outcome.

 

3. Health and Safety Policy

  • Sanitation and Sterilization:

    • The health and safety of our clients is our priority. All equipment used in procedures is either sanitized, sterilized, or disposable. We follow the highest standards of hygiene and cleaning to maintain a sterile environment at all times.

    • Our staff is trained in proper infection control procedures, including handling of pigments, needles, and other materials.

  • Client Medical History:

    • Before any procedure, clients must complete a thorough medical history form. Certain medical conditions (e.g., pregnancy, blood clotting disorders, and autoimmune diseases) may prevent eligibility for permanent makeup services.

 

4. Pricing and Payment Policy

  • Clear and Transparent Pricing:

    • At RawBeautyLovers Permanent Makeup Academy, we believe in upfront, transparent pricing. All procedures are priced clearly on our website, and we will provide you with a quote during your consultation.

    • Touch-Up Pricing: Touch-ups are typically required 4-6 weeks after the initial procedure, depending on your skin type and aftercare. This is offered at a discounted rate, as detailed during the consultation.

  • Payment Methods:

    • We accept various payment options, including major credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payment services. Full payment is required on the day of the procedure, and we offer financing options through approved services, where applicable.

 

5. Refund and Touch-Up Policy

  • Refunds:

    • We strive for complete client satisfaction. However, as permanent makeup is a cosmetic procedure, refunds are generally not offered once the service is performed. We will, however, work with you to ensure you are satisfied with your results.

    • If you experience any issues with the procedure (e.g., allergic reactions or dissatisfaction with the results), we will offer you a follow-up consultation and adjustment, at no additional charge, within a reasonable period.

  • Touch-Ups:

    • A complimentary touch-up is included within 4-6 weeks for most permanent makeup procedures to ensure optimal results. After this time, additional touch-ups are offered at a reduced cost.

    • Proper aftercare is essential for the best results, and clients who do not follow aftercare instructions may be subject to additional fees for touch-ups or corrective procedures.

 

6. Aftercare Policy

  • Aftercare Instructions:

    • You will receive detailed aftercare instructions immediately following your procedure. These instructions are critical for healing and achieving the best possible outcome.

    • Key aftercare instructions include avoiding water on the treated area, applying prescribed ointments, avoiding sun exposure, and refraining from scratching or picking at the area.

  • Client Responsibility:

    • As a client, it is your responsibility to follow all aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing and the longevity of your permanent makeup. RawBeautyLovers is not responsible for any adverse reactions or unsatisfactory results caused by failure to follow these instructions.

 

7. Age and Eligibility Policy

  • Age Requirements:

    • Permanent makeup services are available only to individuals 18 years or older. Clients under 18 are not eligible for permanent makeup procedures, even with parental consent.

  • Pregnancy and Medical Conditions:

    • We do not recommend permanent makeup procedures for clients who are pregnant or nursing. Certain medical conditions (e.g., active skin infections, chemotherapy, or blood disorders) may require clearance from a doctor before proceeding.

 

8. Client Behavior and Conduct Policy

  • Respectful Environment:

    • We strive to maintain a calm, professional environment at RawBeautyLovers. We expect all clients to behave respectfully during their appointments. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the cancellation of the appointment.

  • Alcohol and Drug Use:

    • Clients are required to refrain from alcohol or drug consumption at least 24 hours before their scheduled permanent makeup appointment. Alcohol and drugs can affect pigment retention and healing.

 

9. Privacy and Confidentiality Policy

  • Data Privacy:

    • We take your privacy seriously. All personal and medical information shared during consultations and procedures is kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA and local privacy laws.

    • Information will only be used to ensure the safety and quality of services provided and will not be shared without your consent.

 

10. Gift Certificate and Loyalty Program Policy

  • Gift Certificates:

    • Gift certificates are available for purchase and can be redeemed for any service offered at RawBeautyLovers Permanent Makeup Academy. Certificates are non-refundable and must be used within one year from the date of purchase.

  • Loyalty Program:

    • As a thank you for being a valued client, we offer a loyalty program. Earn points for each procedure and redeem them for discounts on future services or products. Specific details on how the program works will be provided during your consultation.

 

11. Liability Waiver and Disclaimers

  • Liability Waiver:

    • By booking an appointment and undergoing a permanent makeup procedure at RawBeautyLovers Permanent Makeup Academy, clients acknowledge and accept the risks involved with the treatment. We are not responsible for any reactions, complications, or dissatisfaction caused by the procedure, except in cases of gross negligence.

  • Results Disclaimer:

    • Individual results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. We do not guarantee permanent results and will offer touch-ups when necessary within the specified time frame.
